Considering that each piece is made to order, tailored to each unique client, and handmade, we regrettably cannot provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We kindly request that you make your selections thoughtfully. Please do not hesitate to contact our client care team at info@kdjewellery.com for any questions you may have before making a purchase.

Rings: We will happily resize an item for a different size within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note, size exchanges for gold and silver rings may incur a fee. The client is responsible for shipping costs.

In order to maintain your jewellery in perfect condition, we recommend following our care instructions and having your jewellery serviced annually by us.
