Where are your pieces made?

All KDJ pieces are meticulously handcrafted in Melbourne, Australia, at our workshop in the heart of the city by artisans with over 50 years of experience in the industry.

Do you use diamonds and precious stones that are genuine and ethically sourced?

Yes, we use only genuine and ethically sourced diamonds and precious stones. Our diamonds are sourced from trusted suppliers who adhere to strict ethical guidelines, including the Kimberley Process. 

This ensures that our diamonds are conflict-free and comply with all international regulations.

Do you work with clients existing stones?

Yes, we do. Part of the process is examining the stone(s) and working together to create something new with something old.

I need my order urgently. Can you get it to me sooner?

While we cannot guarantee expedited delivery, if you require your order urgently, please reach out to our team atinfo@kdjewellery.com, and we will make every effort to fulfil your order promptly.

Please note, we operate Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm AEST.

Is your jewellery made to order?

Yes, all KDJ pieces are made to order at our Melbourne workshop.

Although the majority of our items are made to order, we do have a selection of pieces that are in-stock. Please refer to the product description of each item for more information.

Can you alter any of your current designs?

Yes, we can. Please get in touch viainfo@kdjewellery.comand we will get back to you with an updated price and ETA.
